My client is one of the leading contract catering companies in the UK, who are looking to bring a talented and passionate Sous Chef to their B&I venue in Manchester.
The duties and responsibilities of the Sous Chef will be:
Supporting the chef manager in bringing high quality meals to the venue.
Working alongside and training the other chefs in a team of 3.
Maintaining the hygiene and cleanliness of the modern kitchen.
The ideal Sous Chef will:
Have experience in a B&I catering setting
Have experience working with a high-quality contract catering company
Be reliable, consistent and passionate about food.
Have experience in cooking from fresh produce.
Job-type: Permanent, Fulltime

Schedule: Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm
