Offering car products/services ranging from sales, rental, lease, insurance, to both the commercial and domestic market, they now seek a motivated and dynamic New and Used Car Salesperson to join their car sales team.
Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences

Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of various new and used cars

Negotiate pricing and financing options with customers

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals

Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives

Stay up to date with the dealership's inventory and the latest market trends

Handle administrative tasks associated with the sales process, including paperwork and vehicle registration

Support other departments in busy times
Requirements:

Proven experience in car sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close sales effectively

Customer-focused with a friendly and approachable demeanour

Good organisational skills and attention to detail

A valid UK driving licence
