We work in social housing and provide Voids and Planned Works for local authorities and housing associations.
We are looking to recruit a Voids Site Manager with social housing experience to work across Oxford, Aylesbury and surrounding areas.
Key responsibilities include:

Ability to create and manage Programmes of Work

Generate Variations and Scopes with good understanding of SORs.

Allocating and controlling work for Sub-Contractors and direct staff
-
Generate pre-site reports and photos
-
Site progress checks and communication with all stakeholders and suppliers.

Inspect works for snagging

Maintain and promote quality and Health & Safety on site including delivering Toolbox Talks

Hours of work are 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday with 1 Saturday or Sunday in 4 required. Saturdays and Sundays are paid extra to salary at standard rate
