Position: Installation Manager
Location: Doncaster (will include travel)
Salary: circa £45,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Multitask Personnel is collaborating with a well-established and rapidly expanding group of companies that, despite its incredible success across various industries, retains its family business ethos. We are currently seeking an experienced installation manager to plan and lead solar projects and field-based teams.
Responsibilities:
Lead installers to ensure exceptional customer experiences
Coach and develop your team to foster a productive and growth-oriented environment
Deliver top-quality customer service and address any on-site issues
Plan and organise works using in-house systems
Support your team and assist with onboarding new recruits
Qualifications:
1-2 years of solar experience
Excellent interpersonal skills
Clean UK driving licence
Experience in project coordination and managing installation teams
Strong organisational skills for scheduling and overseeing projects
Ability to resolve customer issues effectively
The salary for this role circa £45k
