The purpose of this role
As a key member within our client’s organisation, in this Account Manager position you will have the chance to work with a diverse range of clients, fostering relationships and driving business growth through developing individual customer strategies.

As Account Manager you will be responsible for:
Being the lead contact for any matters relating to your specific accounts
Building and maintaining customer relationships
Developing customer strategies in order to drive growth based on sales, margin, volume and NPD
Developing your understanding of the market; including competitor analysis, their products and USPs
Managing project plans to ensure they are communicated across the business and delivered on time and in full
Account Manager Skills & Experience required :
Prior experience as an Account Manager, preferably within a manufacturing environment
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, to work to deadlines
Analytical mindset
A proactive approach with a knack for problem-solving
