Title: Customer Success Executive
Location: North-West London
Salary: £28,000 + Car allowance and Bonus

What You'll Be Doing:
Ensure customer orders are accurately entered into the CRM system upon receipt.
Oversee the complete order process, including dispatch and delivery information.
Maintain consistent communication with customers and colleagues via telephone and email to address queries.
Efficiently process customer quotations.
Guarantee that delivery dates promised to customers are met.
Manage daily distribution operations through CRM systems.
Control stock levels and handle transfers.
Communicate regularly with the warehouse and perform self-audits to ensure compliance with global logistics guidelines.
Visit the warehouse to identify and implement areas for continuous improvement.
Support the smooth flow of goods from the parent company to end customers at every stage.
What I'm looking for:
2:1 Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Full driving licence.
Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
Logical thinker with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
