We have an exciting new opportunity for a Customer Success Manager to join a highly successful national company, in a home-based role with national travel.
As Customer Success Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the strategic management and delivery of customer success services for a range of clients across the UK. You will be responsible for leading a remotely based, quality driven, and client focused service delivery team, coaching and mentoring your team to success and providing regular guidance and support. Working with all departments across the business, including account management, sales and product teams, you will have outstanding relationship building skills. Strong communication skills will also be essential as you will be maintaining relationships with key customers and driving the success of the customer success team as a whole.
As the Customer Success Manager, you will hold the overall responsibility for the Customer Success department, driving the delivery of outstanding client service to maximise revenue across all customer accounts throughout the UK. Working for a dynamic and innovative company, you will ensure the implementation of streamlined processes, designing and implementing a collaborative service to meet the specific requirements of your clients. Analysing customer data and feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, you will monitor and report on key customer success metrics, such as retention rates, satisfaction scores and upsell opportunities.
You will ideally have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working within a leadership or managerial role in a Customer Success or Client Services position and have a proven track record of driving customer success and satisfaction in a B2B or B2C environment. Experience of working within the healthcare sector or NHS would be desirable, whilst strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams is crucial. As the role is home-based with extensive travel to visit clients on-site, you will be required to have a full UK driving license and be flexible to travel across the UK.
