Job Title: HR Project Manager
Location: Wrexham
Job Type: 2 year FTC – Office based
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000
JGA are partnered with a leading business that are seeking a HR Project Manager on a 2-year FTC to lead their HR projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead on a new recruitment strategy during a large growth period.
Project work for ED&I across the wider business.
Design new training plans for new starters and for existing employees.
Collaborate with internal talent to ensure seamless onboarding. Requirements:
Experienced with project work with focus on recruitment and ED&I.
Ability to collaborate with talent teams and wider HR function.
Have experience within a retail/ food/ manufacturing industry.
Able to drive to additional site.
