Atana is part of Marlowe Environmental Services and within the group is a leading supplier of effluent services to major clients across the UK. The services we provide include chemicals, engineering support services as well as plant upgrade projects.
You will be joining a team that put the customer at the heart of all that we do and your role is to carry out critical administrative duties to deliver customer service excellence.
You will manage and process orders, ensure operational paperwork is produced to fulfil orders, ensure timely invoicing as well as update client portals with key invoicing information. You will be expected to be part of the team that answer telephone requests so experience in a similar role is preferred.

Key Objectives & Responsibilities
Raise Chemical Sales Orders in response to customers' requests using the bespoke manufacturing system
Complete Operational Delivery Packs including pick notes, labels etc to fulfil orders
Complete invoicing using the Manufacturing System
Complete inputs to client portals including invoice reconciliation
Support sales delivery by providing answers to customers requests E.g. Proof of Deliveries
Answer queries from customers, quotations and delivery updates
Provide cover for office manager when on annual leave or sickness
Provide support including reports for Chemical Sales Manager (E.g. Revenue reports from manufacturing system))
Support Chemical Services Manager / Sales Manager in tasks/objectives needing to be completed for customers
Support sales growth for the business
Work with finance team on closing deliveries when completed in time for month end
Support other duties within the admin team including raising PO for raw materials, solving supplier queries etc

Person Specification
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a good eye for detail
Previously worked with operational / accounting systems / client systems E.g. Sage would be strongly preferred
Work well in a team but also able to use their initiative when required
Highly organised and self-disciplined
Experience in a role with customer contact preferred
