We are looking for a proactive self-starter to join a growing business based in the Horsham area. In this Client and Finance Administrator role you will be a key member of the business tasked with providing vital administration support whilst providing an excellent service to their clients.
Day to day duties will vary but could include:
Finance administration
Data analysis and gathering - working on Excel to provide reports (training provided)
Dealing with invoice queries
Payroll administration
Client management - building excellent relationships with clients both on the phone and email
Invoice processingThis role will really suite someone who is looking for their next office opportunity that is going to kickstart their career. You could have 1 to 2 years' + experience working with an office environment, whether that be Account/Client Management, Customer Service, Administration and more!
