Alexander James Recruiting is currently working with a leading dealer of commercial vehicles looking to recruit a new Workshop Controller for their head office in Farnham. Responsibilities
Welcoming customers to the workshop and building rapport.
Assigning work to technicians based on their skills, availability, and job complexity.
Communicating with customers about the progress of their vehicle repairs and providing updates.
Recommending additional services or products to customers based on their vehicle's needs.
Providing reports on workshop performance and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
The company prefer an individual with customer service experience within the Commercial Vehicles industry. However, this isn’t essential, they would also be interested in speaking with candidates with a customer service background within the plant hire or automotive industries. You will be proactive in your approach and be able to work both on your own and well as a member of a progressive team. In terms of location, you will ideally be based in or around the Farnham area.
