Freelance Copywriter – Internal communications
Contract: 3-4 days per month rolling contract
Location: Remote working (occasional meetings in London or Manchester)

They are looking for a Freelance Internal Communications Copywriter to join them on a freelance basis to create engaging internal content.
The role:
- Write and edit a variety of internal communications, including emails, newsletters, announcements, social media, Town Hall agendas and outcomes,
- Develop engaging content that informs, inspires, and motivates employees.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to gather information and create targeted communications.
- Ensure all communications are consistent with the company's tone, style, and brand guidelines.
- Assist in the planning and execution of internal communications.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communications from an hR perspective and suggest improvements.
- Manage and update content on the company intranet and other internal platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and incorporate them into our communications strategy.
The person:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a copywriter in internal communications.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong understanding of communication principles and best practices.
- Ability to create engaging and clear content tailored to different audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and content management systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of creativity and adaptability
