The successful Finance Manager will create monthly accounts to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts and prepare management report pack for the US senior management team.
The role will involve:
Prepare statutory accounts for US entities.
Oversee audit preparation, visit and successful closure.
Create monthly accounts to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts.
Prepare management report pack for the US senior management team.
Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported.
Develop budgets and financial plans for the company based on research and data reports.
Examine all financial reports and data closely to check for discrepancies.
Create systems to prevent errors in data collection and calculations.
Produce flash sales, cash management and working capital reports.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal ability to work with non-financial stakeholders
Advanced problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure in fast paced changing environment
Able to operate at both strategic as well as at a tactical/day to day level
Degree in Finance or equivalent
Good understanding of accounting practices & terminology required
Good working knowledge of Finance systems (Cargowise desirable, not essential)
Intermediate IT skills
