An accomplished, UK based Communications & Engagement Lead is required for a 6 month contract with our leading financial services client in the West Midlands, to work on a Datacentre Exit program of work.
The role will require weekly travel onsite in Warwickshire.
The rate is £500 - £550 per day (depending on level of experince) and will be Inside I35.
Deliverables -
Deliverable 1: Develop and manage detailed communications plans that align with the overall programme strategy and objectives, incorporating the ADKAR model to facilitate effective change.
Deliverable 2: Draft clear and concise communications for various audiences, including the wider business and programme team members.
Deliverable 3: Gather and define communications requirements from stakeholders to ensure all needs are met.
Deliverable 4: Work closely with IT leads, Business Relationship Managers, and the Learning & Organisational Development team to ensure consistent messaging and understanding of the programme's impact.
Deliverable 5: Collaborate with the PMO Analyst and other team members to ensure interlocks and alignment between workstreams.
Deliverable 6: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of communications strategies, adjusting plans as necessary to improve engagement and understanding.
