Marketing Coordinator
Location: London/ Hybrid
Job Description:
Our reputable accountancy client is seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join their team on a permanent full time basis. The Marketing Coordinator will support the client’s partners in local and international marketing activities and take the lead on various initiatives.
Key responsibilities:

Providing marketing support to partners, including research and developing collateral such as brochures and factsheets.

Liaising with external suppliers for marketing activities (sponsorships, freelancers, agencies, photographers, advertorials).

Organising and coordinating client, prospect, and internal events and webinars.

Creating and monitoring HTML email campaigns and marketing analytics.

Conducting competitor research, market analysis, and assisting with data cleansing.

Working with the marketing manager on business unit and sector plans and supporting various marketing and BD campaigns.
Key skills and experience:
-
At least 12 months of marketing experience, preferably within professional services.

Ability to multitask, manage conflicting demands, and meet deadlines.

Excellent communication, analytical, and writing skills.

Self-motivated, good team player, and able to work independently.

Enthusiastic about understanding the firm's business with a desire to progress professionally.

Experience with senior leadership teams and fee-earners; a marketing degree or relevant work experience is desirable.
