Key responsibilities for the Accounts Administrator:

Purchasing administration to include raising purchase orders, following up, checking deliveries against invoices and associated administrative processes

Accounts administration to include inputting purchase invoices, costing invoices to correct job codes and nominal codes, matching invoices to purchase orders, filing and raising any queries with suppliers

Ad-hoc duties within Finance Department

Systems used: Eque2 Construct and Sage 200
For this Accounts Administrator role the client is looking for:
-
At least 1 year within a similar accounts administration role
-
Competent using all Microsoft Office applications
-
Able to communicate effectively and with a high standard of professionalism and integrity with all required individuals and organisations
-
Able to manage own work and prioritise as necessary
