Excellent opportunity for an Office Manager to join a well-established and reputable company, where they can be part of a great office environment and have the opportunity to leave a positive impact on the business.
This company is an industry leading chemical manufacturer who work globally to provide chemical products to customers, ensuring quality and efficiency is at the forefront of everything they do. They are now looking for an experienced Office Manager to join their company in order to continue to meet their high-standards.
This role offers variety and a challenge as you will provide essential support to the Director on the day to day running of the business. Your key responsibilities will include: Overseeing administrative tasks, diary management, payroll processing and finance tasks; such as month end, outgoings and customer invoices.
This role would suit a candidate coming from an office management background where they are now looking to take the next step in their career with a highly respected company while benefiting from working in a tight-knit, welcoming team.
The Role:
- Administrative tasks and overseeing your own team
- Payroll and finances, such as payroll and month/year-end and invoices
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and other stakeholders
- Assisting with training new members and being the source of knowledge
The Person:
- Previous experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Proficient in IT systems (Such as Microsoft and SAGE 200 experience)
