We have an opening for a confident Purchasing Administrator to join a large manufacturing company based in Stourport.
Reporting directly to the Purchasing Manager, this is an office-based roles no hybrid/remote option
Main duties will be to:
Expediting orders
Overseeing and monitoring estimated delivery dates
Communicating any delays or queries with the purchasing team
Using Sage 200 to track and amend orders
Reviewing order acknowledgements to ensure compliance with technical specifications
Obtaining paperwork including delivery notes / proof of delivery etc
Reconciling delivery notes, invoices and credit notes
Any other admin duties required in the purchasing department
The right candidate would:
Have administration skills ideally working within a purchasing department
Strong communication skills with the ability to
Have working experience with Sage 200
Experienced operating a CRM system
Previous experience working in manufacturing a great advantage
Working hours Monday to Thursday 7.30-4.00, Friday 7.30am to 1pm
Salary £24-25,500 depending upon experience
