To support their line manager to delivery of Facilities Maintenance across the Contract. Including but not limiting to: Reactive works, Planned Maintenance, Small Works, ULW (Replacement) and.

Supervision of Contractors

Writing of Permits
-
Reporting of Vandalisisum

Ensuring compliance across the Contract by following IMS T2 Processes

Being on call

Proactively reporting reactive tasks

Duties & Responsibilities

Complete reactive task assigned via CAFM System within the provided time scales

Working at heights to resolve fabric and complete lighting replacements and repairs

Fault finding and investigation works.

Complete planned maintenance tasks as per the defined job plan within the provided timescales

Complete reactive task assigned via CAFM System within the provided time scales.

Ensure site logbooks are updated as per IMT2 process

Knowledge of HVAC systems, for example AHU’s, FCU’s etc
