Cactus Search is delighted to be supporting our client, that is looking for a Desktop Support Analyst to join its IT Systems team.
The Desktop Support Analyst will be responsible for providing deskside assistance for the end users regarding IT related issues.
Key Responsibilities…
- Provide onsite desktop support and remote hands-on support to the business
- Follow ITIL processes, focusing on Incident and Change Management
- Ensure third-party vendors and the business adhere to the underpinning IT processes
- 2nd point of contact for the business and third parties from a network and desktop perspective
- Triage Incidents to ensure that the correct technology group are engaged and co-ordinate if multiple technology groups are involved
- Testing technology changes ensuring technology is available for the next working day
What we need you to have…
- Good knowledge and working experience of Windows and Office365 and associated applications
- Strong information technology experience
- Strong customer care skills with the ability to communicate / interact at all levels within the organisation
- Ability to adapt to complex programs and updating technology
- Strong diagnostic, analytical and process skills
- IT technical background with an understanding of technical terms
