Newstaff are currently recruiting for a reliable Sous Chef for our client in Liverpool.

Main duties:
participates in and supervises the preparation and cooking of food accordance with established recipe cards and methods
has desire to be trained to cover other sections of the Kitchen as decided by the Head Chef
ensures all dishes are correctly garnished before being sent to revelant outlets
ensures that all dishes are prepared in a timely manner
ensures work area is kept clean, hygienic and organised
ensure that all equipment/ untensils in the section are correctly handled and maintained
to deal with guest comments and complaints in a constructive and empathetic manner
Ideal candidate should be fully aware and comply with:

Food Hygiene Regulations
Health and Safety Procedures
Current Licensing Regulations
