Payroll & Reward Manager - Birmingham - £60000 - £65000 p.a
A Payroll & Reward Manager is required for a hybrid job role, 1 day week in office. This is a strategic role where you will be responsible for the development of the Payroll & Reward offering ensuring that the package is attractive to existing and future employees. You will review and improve existing payroll processes and procedures and create and generate informative HR data reports.
You will be a strong Payroll professional (CIPP preferred) with a passion for benefits / reward, payroll systems implementation / improvement and HR reporting.
