CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR
Carbon60 are looking to recruit for a number of different Customer Service Advisors to work for a large utilities company based in Cardiff on a temporary ongoing basis.
ROLE: Customer Service Advisor (Several departments: Collections, Billing, Metering, Sales Support)
SALARY: £14 p/h, circa £27,000 per annum
JOB TYPE: Ongoing contract, initially 3 months with extension likely.
LOCATION: Pontprennau, Cardiff Gate (CF23)
HOURS: Full time, 37 hours, Monday to Friday.
WORKING PATTERN: Hybrid working - currently 2 days in the office and 3 days at home. This is NOT a fully remote position.
The client is looking for candidates across several of their departments:
Collections Customer Service Advisor
Communicating with customers via calls/emails to resolve outstanding account balances.
Supporting wider teams on customer queries and providing suitable solutions for all parties.
Billing Advisor
Managing customer billing workflow with regular administrative work
Dealing with customer queries via email and calls
Metering Services Advisor
More admin biased and flow based, entering meter readings and working from spreadsheets
Dealing with customers and third parties through phone calls.
Sales Support Advisor
Accurately log, quote and accept high volumes of electricity and gas contracts within commercial sector
Support the sales team on energy supply tenders
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
Excellent IT Skills
Previous experience in customer service roles
Previous experience in administrative roles
Very confident with a professional and engaging telephone manner
Self-sufficient with an excellent attention to detail and strong accuracy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Previous roles in the Utilities industry will be advantageous.
Access to own transport is beneficial due to location.
