Sales Administrator

As the Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for the efficient processing of customer orders and inquiries, ensuring smooth communication with internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
Support direct sales by managing Proforma/Credit Card sales from order receipt to shipment, ensuring prompt payment and on-time delivery.
Receive and distribute phone calls, ensuring efficient communication within the office.
Process purchase orders with Canada and European Suppliers, receiving and reviewing acknowledgements within 24 hours.
Coordinate outside service orders, ensuring quick turnaround time and adherence to customer deadlines.
Maintain effective communication with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery, promptly re-acknowledging customers if any delivery dates change.
Manage the logistics process for modification orders, overseeing all stages from order entry to delivery according to acknowledged dates.
Handle general customer inquiries, addressing stock and order-related queries promptly and efficiently.
Collaborate with Warehouse Staff to ensure timely picking and shipping of customer orders.
Control the shipping and costing of customer deliveries, ensuring accurate and on-time delivery with precise costings.
Nurture relationships with specific customer accounts, providing exceptional service through accurate and timely acknowledgements and shipments.
Visit customers and exhibitions as required.
Prepare quotations for standard and modification inquiries when needed.
Contribute to proactive sales efforts by following up on inquiries, quotes, and working on various sales projects.
Provide backup support for all staff members during their absence due to illness, holidays, or customer visits.Qualifications/Experience:
Possess basic Mathematics and English skills.
Display an analytical and methodical approach to tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
