Key Duties:
· Manage and maintain the Director's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
· Prepare, review, action and manage correspondence, reports, and documents on behalf of the Director.
· Act as the primary point of contact between the director and internal / external stakeholders
· Coordinate and action projects & initiatives as directed by the Director from a brief outline
· Assist / Lead in the planning, execution and monitoring of projects initiated by the Director
· Organise and Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes and distributing action items
· Plan and coordinate corporate events, conferences and off-site meetings
