The role:

Handle customer enquiries and manage orders through email and phone as the main point of contact.

Establish and nurture strong client relationships by grasping their requirements and providing customised solutions.

Clearly convey technical details to clients (full training will be provided)

Ensure prompt and precise quotations by closely working with estimators and confirming purchase order pricing

Work with sales teams to devise effective strategies for acquiring and retaining clients.

Offer valuable market insights and competitor analysis to guide decision-making.

Collaborate with product development and technical support teams to comprehend product offerings and their practical applications.

Contribute to enhancing the sales process through continuous improvement initiatives.
The person:
We're seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for sales, customer service, and technical problem-solving.

A proven track record in client relationship management

Experience working within a technical industry is desirable but not essential

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
