Spencer Clarke Group are working closely alongside a London Council to provide them with a Complaints & Enquiries Officer on a contract basis.
Working within the housing repairs team, your duties will be:
Focus upon responding to residents' complaints and member enquiries, helping to support the team by providing high quality written responses on time
Be responsible for responses to FOIs and SARs.
To be considered, you will have the following knowledge/experience:
Experience handling complaints
Previous experience in a local authority/council
Knowledge of housing repairs
What's on offer?
Contract Length: 3-6 months with a view to extend
Pay: Starting from £19-£22 p/h (negotiable depending on your experience).
Working Hours: 36 Hours p/w - Monday - Friday
