Our Glasgow-based client is recruiting a talented engineer to investigate and resolve escalated incidents, produce knowledge-based articles, and deploy infrastructure components for end-user device platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate, analyse, and resolve incidents escalated from 1st and 2nd line support.
- Produce Knowledge-Based Articles (KBAs) and recommend prevention strategies.
- Deploy and support infrastructure components for End User Device Platforms.
Essential Skills:
- Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) administration.
- Support for Windows and iOS end-user devices.
- Cloud-based print solutions.
- Microsoft Entra ID administration.
- Zero Trust Platform administration.
- Collaborative work approach within IT teams.
Desirable Skills:
- Linux and Ansible knowledge.
- SNMP and agent-based infrastructure monitoring.
- SCCM for device management.
- Microsoft Technologies: Active Directory, Group Policy, Exchange, PowerShell, DNS.
