Title: Financial Administrator
Location: Belfast
Hours: 35 hours Monday to Friday days
Salary: c£26,000
Overview
Financial Administrator required to join a small Finance team and will play a proactive role in managing the Company’s accounts receivable / outstanding debt.
Duties:

Manage the company’s debtor accounts and ensure debt is collected from customers within the agreed terms

Provide information on credit, rebates and claims resolution.

Gather credit and/or reference information. Prepare notices and reminders

Review and update credit limits and terms on a regular and ongoing basis

Reconcile payments and accounts with clients
-
Escalate accounts that are not line with agreed credit terms, both to commercial and management teams

Process incoming payments, in accordance with internal procedures
-
Monitor and code incoming payments and journal entries of incoming payments.

Collect and file all relevant documents related to payments and invoices to have a traceable record of payments
