Receptionist (Temporary, 2 Months initially), based in Workington
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 12:00/12:30 PM (Potential to work the hours over 4 days)
We are looking to recruit a friendly and organised Receptionist to join our clients team on a temporary basis. This role is crucial in ensuring their office runs smoothly and that all visitors feel welcomed and attended to.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet and greet clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanour
Set up rooms for meetings, ensuring all required materials and equipment are in place
Handle incoming calls and messages, directing them to the appropriate person or department
Perform basic administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational abilities
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus
