Key Responsibilities:

Client Management: Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients, ensuring their recruitment needs are met efficiently.

Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare sector to expand the client base.

Candidate Recruitment: Source, screen, and place healthcare professionals in suitable roles, ensuring a high match quality for both clients and candidates.

Sales and Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective business development and client relationship management.

Market Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide informed advice to clients and candidates.
What We Need from You:

Experience: Previous experience in recruitment, preferably within the healthcare sector, is desirable.
