In the role, your key responsibilities will be:
Coordinating the procurement and purchasing of IT equipment and services
Checking budget spreadsheets ensuring sufficient funds and assisting with planning, coordinating, and monitoring assets, records and licenses
Raising IT purchase orders, matching invoices, tracking purchases and deliveries
Tracking key metrics, generating reports, monitoring performances, and contributing to service improvement plans and processes
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers
General procurement and contract administration; maintaining documents and records, centralising filing, scribing/taking notes and minute taking in meetings
What will you need to be successful:
Previous administration, procurement, and office experience
Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing demands with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
High degree of initiative and responsibility with analytical skills to interpret data
Expertise in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
Familiarity with procurement and financial management processes
Collaborative team approach to delivering high-quality customer service
This is a temporary position for initially 3 months to cover sickness. The role offers flexible working hours, between 15 - 22.5 hours per week, over 5 days (Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM)
The role is based in offices in Wrexham that offers car parking and canteen and is on a competitive salary IRO £20 - £25 per hour depending on experience plus benefits.
