£11.64 – £12.06 per hour
The Job Role:
We have a long-term temporary position available within our long-standing client’s reputable organisation. This contract will be temporary until January 2025 and will then be reviewed to potentially be extended or made permanent. This role is an immediate start. Our client has offices across the UK, this role is Reading based however candidates are able to work from any location across the UK – hybrid or fully remote.
The main purpose of this role is for the successful candidate as Customer Service Representative to liaise with customers and handle their queries and/or complaints. This position will mostly be telephone based, with some administrative duties including adding customer information onto the CRM system. Full training will be provided. This role will be solutions focussed and at times, the successful candidate may be required to carry out follow-up actions as required.
This Customer Service Representative role will include the following roles and responsibilities;

Answering incoming telephone calls from customers

Raising support tickets using the internal CRM system

Advising customers on how to use the customer portal system

Assisting customers with username and password requests

Creating and implementing electronic documents/templates

Accurately tracking each support ticket to ensure positive conclusion reached

Collaborating with internal teams including client engagement and development staff regarding customer requests

Adhering to data protection policies

Ensuring SLA targets are achieved consistently
