Our Client is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their team and to provide admin support to the Accounts Assistant and Accounts Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities of an Accounts Assistant
• Inputting Purchase Ledger invoices onto Easybop and Sage
• Answer phone queries for the team
• Filing/date stamping
• General admin tasks including creating HR files
• Collate and maintain company credit cards
• Credit account requests
Key Competencies of an Accounts Assistant
• Numerate
• High degree accuracy for data input
• Microsoft Excel essential
• Experience with purchase ledger desirable
