Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated People and Safety Administrator to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR and safety functions. You will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing HR processes, and contributing to a safe workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
HR Administration:

Manage employee records, including personal information, contracts, and benefits.

Support with payroll.

Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding.

Maintain employee attendance records and manage time-off requests.

Assist with HR projects and initiatives as required.
Safety Administration:

Maintain safety records and documentation.

Schedule and coordinate safety training sessions.

Conduct safety inspections and report findings.

Assist with accident investigations and incident reporting.

Promote a strong safety culture within the company.
General Administration:

Provide administrative support to the HR and safety teams.

Coordinate meetings and events.

Handle incoming calls and emails.
Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience in HR or administration.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
