Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Equity Partners to plan and organise the overall running of the firm, ensuring its efficiency and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Oversee SRA Accounts Compliance and financial management, maintaining accuracy and transparency in financial operations.

Manage HR matters, including recruitment, employee performance, training, and employee well-being initiatives.

Streamline operating processes to enhance overall productivity and effectiveness.

Monitor and maintain compliance with relevant legal and professional standards.

Implement strategies for business development and growth, in coordination with the firm's partners.

Requirements:
