The focus of the role is to manage the end to end customer fulfilment process from enquiry to order and delivery, solving any issues along the way and keeping the customer informed throughout. Responsibilities:
First point of contact for customer enquiries, orders, quotations, progress updates etc
Provide pricing information, technical specifications, design support and other product details
Liaise closely with suppliers in relation to samples, setting up bulk production etc
Prepare quotations accurately and promptly
Process customer orders, taking detailed briefs and arranging for sample production
Collaborate with suppliers and logistics partners regarding orders
Communicate proactively with customers to manage expectations, particularly in regard to delayed shipments
