Elevation are excited to be recruiting for Internal Account Manager to join a leading specialists supplier and play a key role in expanding market share and ensuring customer success.
A an Internal Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing active and inactive accounts across two UK Sales areas, ensuring a structured approach, growing revenue, and fostering strong relationships with customers.

Internal Account Manager Role & Responsibilities:
Driving growth and profitability of consumables accounts
Converting reactivating dormant accounts
Creating increased equipment opportunities for external reps
Converting competitor accounts
Building and developing relationships with the right stakeholders
Accountability for growing consumables revenue
Quoting and arranging consumables deliveries and schedules
Driving action plans
Assisting with account strategy development
Internal Account Manager Skills and Experience:
Experience working in a technical role or with a wide range of products and services
Inside sales & account management experience
Innovative mindset
Relationship building skills
Excellent communicator at all levels
Commercial skillset
Ability to identify new business opportunities
Strong conceptual thinking
Quick learner of business systems, tools and products
Strategic and tactical thinking
Interpersonal and team player skills, able to collaborate across teams
Experience with Miller Heiman (desirable but not essential)
