Sous Chef – Daytime Hours only
C&N Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef for a 4* hotel based just outside Welwyn Garden City.
This role is mostly day-time hours and weekends meaning minimal evenings. Some evenings will be involved covering other kitchens or very busy periods. Perfect role for a good-work life balance.
The role involves preparing fresh breakfast and brunch items along with British classics.
You will be:

Assisting the executive chef with the running of the department, planning, ordering and preparing.

Monitoring rotas

Assisting in other kitchens if required.

Managing the team in the absence of the executive chef.
You:

We are looking for someone that is highly organised.

Have worked in a restaurant environment previously.

Good communicator with high standards

Able to lead a small team that works hard, supports each other and has fun along the way
