JP Recruitment are pleased to be working with a large, multi-site organisation, based in Corby, to recruit an Interim Recruitment Coordinator for a period of 6-9 months. This role will predominately be office based however there is an opportunity once trained to from home 2 days a week.
This is not your typical recruitment role, this will be working with the Further Education organisation to secure students work placements as part of their college course.
Specific responsibilities include:
Working with students on securing them work placements within their courses industry.
Building relationships with new and existing businesses to understand their suitability for students to be placed within their business for up to 40 days.
Once students are in a work placement, keeping track of their progress within the business.
Carrying out health and safety checks on work placements.
Working with the Heads of Department to feedback on how students are getting on in their work placement. Our client is looking for:
Previous experience within a recruitment or sales role.
Strong customer service skills and excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Ideally someone that already possess an Enhanced DBS Check however this is not essential but the successful candidate must be willing to undergo one before starting
