POSITION: Contracts Manager - office fit out
My client are a Serviced Office provider who have 11no sites along the South Coast. They offer bespoke office space solutions to accommodate from just a few people to 100’s and have many familiar blue chip companies as their clients.
They are now implementing their long term growth plan which includes the procurement of existing office blocks – normally 2-3no storey, complete strip to shell and then all internal refurbishments to create desirable office and communal spaces. Projects are generally valued between £1-£3million.
With the current Contracts Manager being promoted a rare opportunity has arisen for a Contracts Manager to take over. You will need to have a proven track record in overseeing similar office fit out contracts, ideally be from a trade background (although not essential) and have the ability to work within a collaborative environment.
