Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Project Engineer's role is to manage contracts and develop customer relations from initial site inspection to commissioning.
Responsibilities:

Controls the costs associated with the contracts

Engineers the contracts to ensure they meet customer requirements

Liaises with the customer

Project manages the contracts
-
Oversees the installation of contracts
-
Commissions and trains the customer on the contracts
-
Populates all required documentation to the PRINCE2 project management standard
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
-
Must have a full understanding of PRINCE2 and passed the examination
-
Must be proficient in mathematics
-
Must have an understanding of business studies
-
Must be proficient in engineering drawing

Must be trained to manage people
-
Must be capable of running a budget and controlling the project finances
-
Must have a good understanding of health and safety operational requirements
-
Must be familiar with good project management principles
-
Have a good understanding of instrumentation and control
-
Have basic knowledge of PLC systems
-
Must have a good understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
-
Must be proficient in the principles of machinery installation and commissioning
-
Must be capable of problem-solving and troubleshooting
-
Must have a strong understanding of Sage
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate internally

Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
