Office Assistant
Our client, Berkeley Lifford Hall, is a small team of 4 looking for a self-motivated, versatile, and hard-working individual to join them, primarily to provide administrative support to the Operations Manager and Partners.
Main Duties:
Clerical duties such as filing, answering phone calls, preparing correspondence, and supporting the rest of the team as required.
Jobs can vary depending on what each Partner needs; thus, the individual needs to be flexible.
Person Specification
Skills & Abilities:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work effectively as part of a small team.

Good IT skills, including proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).
Knowledge & Experience:
- Experience working in an administrative role. Would be preferable but not essential.
