Interaction Recruitment are seeking a dynamic Account Manager to manage client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive revenue growth. Based in North Hertfordshire, Hitchin and will also require travel to customer sites as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
· Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
· Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts.
· Address client inquiries and concerns promptly.
Account Growth and Retention:
· Identify opportunities for account growth.
· Achieve sales targets.
· Upsell and cross-sell solutions.
Customer Success:
· Conduct regular client check-ins.
· Provide training and resources.
· Monitor usage and recommend improvements.
Reporting and Analysis:
· Prepare and present account reports.
· Analyse client data and feedback.
· Share insights with product development.
Product Advocacy:
· Act as a product expert.
· Gather client feedback.
· Stay updated with industry trends.
Experience:
· 3-5 years in account management/ sales
· Proven, demonstratable track record in sales.
Skills:
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Excellent problem-solving abilities.
· Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
· Familiarity with workforce management software is a plus.
