Position: IT Support Technician

Reporting to: Service Manager / Deputy Service Manager
Location: Ringwood, Hampshire + hybrid home working
Salary: £22308, (increase to £23k after successfully completing probation) + Benefits + Company Profit Share
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Join us as an IT Support Technician
We are looking for someone eager to launch their career in IT Support.
This exciting opportunity involves resolving incidents using your initiative, knowledge, and problem-solving skills.
You will use remote support tools to remotely solve and fix issues and keep customers updated throughout the incident lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answering phone calls and the shared inbox emails helping to resolve IT issues within SLAs.
• Resolving incidents on initial contact when possible and keeping relevant parties updated on the progress.
• Action Incidents and Requests promptly and within SLA and escalate high-priority issues to relevant parties.
• Retain ownership of incidents and requests until resolution or escalation.
• Maintain service delivery against KPIs.
• Answering phone calls and actioning the shared inbox emails within SLAs.
Successful candidates for this job require:
• Customer service experience
• Experience or keen interest in IT troubleshooting & problem-solving
• Proactive and innovative approach.
• Effective time management skills.
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to learn and succeed.
• Positive, "can do" attitude.
This role is subject to a clear standard DBS check being received.
