About the Role:
As the Regional Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our company and strategy. Collaborating with our Business Managers and field-based sales team, you will drive sales growth, manage key accounts, and optimise our product profiles. This opportunity is perfect for an experienced Car refinish, Commercial Vehicle Specialist, or a Salesperson looking to progress in their career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow key Accounts
- Provide exceptional internal and external customer support

- Oversee operations across the South Western Region
The Ideal Candidate:
We are seeking a motivated, success-driven individual who takes pride in their achievements. If you are enthusiastic, a team player, and have strong communication and relationship-building skills, you are the perfect fit. Additionally, you should possess excellent IT skills, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and a good understanding of social media. Being passionate about the Car Refinish and Commercial Vehicle Industry, and open to learning new technologies are essential. A full driving license and occasional travel and overnight stays are required.
