Key Duties & Responsibilities

Collaborate with senior leaders and department heads to identify solutions and initiatives that align with the firm's strategic goals and values.

Translate business goals into HR initiatives, integrating HR practices into the overall business strategy.

Partner with the resourcing team to translate business requirements into resourcing needs and participate in the recruitment process as needed.

Assist in the development and execution of onboarding, training, and professional development programs.

Support the promotion process and ensure succession plans are in place.

Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to identify training needs and opportunities.

Provide communication and support for all stages of the annual performance cycle.

Facilitate performance reviews by coaching, providing feedback, and signposting tools.

Monitor colleague attendance and provide support for managing absence levels.

Implement reasonable occupational health recommendations.

Guide managers on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.

Design and execute engagement initiatives to enhance colleague morale, satisfaction, and wellbeing.

Identify opportunities for organisational improvement and efficiency by analysing data and trends.

Assist in designing and implementing organisational changes such as restructuring, process improvements, and cultural initiatives.

Interpret performance metrics to drive meaningful conversations about growth and improvement.

Collect, analyse, and present HR data to assess the effectiveness of HR programmes and initiatives.

Use data-driven insights to recommend continuous improvements.

Ensure HR practices and policies are compliant with employment laws and regulations.
