SHEQ Manager
A UK leader in their space is looking for a SHEQ Manager for a multi-site role. This is an exciting time to join as a SHEQ Manager as they look to invest in new technologies to support exciting growth plans.
As a SHEQ Manager, you will get the opportunity to continue to maintain and develop the IMS across ISO 9001, 45001 and 14001. This is a business with sustainability at its core and you will help drive ESG across the sites.
Key responsibilities as a SHEQ Manager

Lead HSE across 4 sites

Investigating and implementing HSE Process improvements

Maintain and develop the IMS

Lead the team in Risk Assessments, SOPs, following legislation, Safe systems of work

Support Site Managers with all aspects of HSE including process and managing the systems all the while promoting a strong HSE culture

Leading in Audits – internal and external
-
Implement and analyse HSE KPIs data and actioning any findings
-
Managing SHEQ meetings and reports

Lead and mentor a team including performance reveiws

Assist with hands on HSE when required – accident investigations, HSE inspections, Inductions

Complete NCRs and implement CAPAs

Manage PPE commercials
Keys skills needs as a SHEQ Manager
-
Experience in a Senior SHEQ role
-
IOSH or ideally NEBOSH General
-
Able to implement and promote new systems and procedures
-
Able to implement good documentation
-
Experience with ISO 9001, 45001 and 14001 standards and good with HSE management systems
-
Certified Audit training
-
Knowledge of current HSE legislation
-
RIDDOR experience
For this SHEQ role you will need to be a good communicator with the ability to manage in a multisite role. You will be process-driven and organised.
