Salary: £26,246 per annum

About the Role
Working as part of the Human Resources team, you will deliver an efficient and accurate administration service to the business for all activities associated with the employment lifecycle, through the application of policies and procedures within agreed performance levels.
Being first point of contact, answering any email / telephone and HR inbox queries received from our colleagues across the business, escalating queries to relevant HR team members where required.
Resolve day to day customer service enquiries, issues, and complaints, escalating as appropriate.
Ensure all employee data is entered into the HR systems in a timely, accurate and consistent manner, to agreed standards and targets.
Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle transactional processes, including new starters, movers, leavers, pay changes, special leave types, sickness administration and compensation and benefit administration for all employees and managers.
Providing administrative support to the HR team.
Maintaining and updating training database records.
Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics.
Note taking in Employee Relations meetings.
Supporting the wider HR team with ad hoc HR projects.
Take reasonable care of your own health and safety, and that of others, ensuring you comply with all Health & Safety procedures.
Work in line with Equality & Diversity policy and report any incidents that are against the spirit of an inclusive work environment.
Any other duties specified by the HR leadership.
About You
The ideal candidate will have experience working in an administrative role.
The ideal candidate will have Strong IT Skills, with experience using Word, Excel, PowerPoint and outlook.
The ideal candidate will have good attention to detail with the ability to work to deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The ideal candidate will be flexible with UK-wide travel, including occasional overnight stays.
