Blue Arrow Edinburgh are currently recruiting for a number of Customer Service Executives, for our city centre based client in Edinburgh. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the company as they upscale and grow their business. We are looking for candidates who have a customer first mindset, with demonstratable experience of working in a customer service role previously, either in a contact centre environment or in a retail/store environment.
Main duties/responsibilities:
- First point of contact for customer enquiries, responding via phone/email/webchat to identify the customers needs, whilst identifying opportunities to upsell relevant products
- Onboarding new customers, keeping them fully informed throughout the process
- Arranging installations and ensuring customers accounts are set up correctly
- Deliver a first in class service, whilst working in like with Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
- Identify customer needs and tailor support around this, ensuring they are receiving the best possible service
- Partner with other teams across the business to ensure a seamless and efficient service to both new and existing customers
- Help respond to queries that come in via social media channels
Skills/experience:
- Previous experience working within a customer service role is essential, preferably within a contact centre environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Customer first mindset, with a passion for delivering a first in class service to customers
- Excellent organisation skills, with eye for detail
- Ability to prioritise workload and manage time effectively
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office packages
